The name 'Sebastian' is likely to be a general spoof of all the butler's names in anime/manga/games, many of which were 'Sebastian'. Some examples are “Heidi, girl of the Alps”, “Kuroshitsuji”, “The Perrine Story”, “Hoshikuzu Paradise”, “Return to The Sea” etc.
