Lesson 364 is the 364th chapter of the Gintama series. It is also the final chapter of the Host Club Arc. In this Lesson, Madam Yagami arrived at Takamagahara right in the middle of the chaos caused by the hosts and their unexpected guests.
Madam Yagami asked Gintoki to tell Kyoushirou that she came, and add the title "Madam" if he did not seem to know her. A terrified Gintoki tried to get out of the club by saying that he would ran out to call Kyoushirou. Nevertheless, Shinpachi and Hijikata prevented him from running away. As Gintoki reflected on the current situation and Shinpachi led Madam Yagami, Tsukuyo and Ayame threw kunais towards the three hosts, asking to be served first. The now-drunken girls even came to mess with the Madam before Kagura threw up on her.
After everyone had settled down and gathered in a table with Madam Yagami, Saigou apologised everyone and promised to pay the drinks. Gintoki, Hijikata and Shinpachi tried to make a proper conversation with the Madam, only to be beaten by Tsukuyo, Otae, Kagura and Saigou. Though, the Madam still joined in the conversation twice.
Okita built a Tequila tower, attempting to get all the drunken so drunk that they could not move. However, a more-drunk Saigou and Tsukuyo threw Gintoki and Hijikata towards the tower, thus destroying it. While so, despite having drunk tens of glasses of Tequila, Madam Yagami was still in normal state. She decided to leave, stating that her face was too red to see Kyoushirou. It was finally revealed that the true purpose of her return visit was to see him.
Madam Yagami said that she held no power to control a town, and that she was no more than a normal lady who left everything behind after being posessed by money. She started wandering around the towns at night without having a familiar shop, and as the rumors spreaded over Edo, she was treated with cautions and had nowehere to belong. It was then that the Madam met Kyoushirou, who lavished his smiles on everyone, and his smile had become a special thing to her. In the end, she apologised for what she had done and left.
As she was about to leave, Kyoushirou returned to the club with all of his hosts. With everyone gathered around her, the Madam went into Takamagahara with Kyoushirou.
